Super Frank?

Recent Telegraph article on Frank's decline in form:
Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard insists he is not past his best
2010/11 was a horrible year for the talismanic midfielder. Frank had his lowest goal total since 02/03. While he was out due to injury for large parts of the season, he didn't seem to have "it" when he did manage to get on the pitch. In order for Frank to regain his form, I think that the club need to implement a serious rotation policy. Lampard, Terry, Drogba et al. are getting up there in age and there is no way we can challenge on three fronts (EPL, CL, FA Cup) with them playing heavy minutes in every match.
So, will 11/12 see the return of Super Frank or was 10/11 the start of a new normal?
