Chelsea loanees combine to put Vitesse Arnhem back on top

(Reuters) - Chelsea loanees Lucas Piazon and Gael Kakuta scored as Vitesse Arnhem went back to the top of the Dutch league on Sunday with a 3-0 win at Go Ahead Eagles that was briefly interrupted by crowd trouble.
