Newcastle United v Chelsea: Squad sheets

Chelsea are not the team Alan Pardew would have wanted the weekend after losing at Sunderland. With Newcastle having won only one league game at home this season, and Chelsea on a hot streak, this promises to be a tough afternoon for Pardew's talented but inconsistent team. It hardly helps the Geordie cause that injuries dictate Fabricio Coloccini and Steven Taylor, Newcastle's best central-defensive pair, are unavailable to try to halt the Fernando Torres renaissance.
