Soccer-Torres will make loan move to Milan permanent next month

LONDON, Dec 27 (Reuters) - Former Spain forward Fernando Torres' loan move from Chelsea to AC Milan will become a permanent transfer next month, the English Premier League club said on Saturday. "The striker moved to the San Siro on a two-year loan deal in August and on Jan. 5 he will complete a permanent transfer to the Serie A side," the Stamford Bridge club said in a statement.
