* Reports suggest Costa has agreement with English club * Atletico president says buyout clause must be paid * Spokesman says club has no knowledge of Chelsea deal (Adds Atletico spokesman comment) MADRID, June 4 (Reuters) - Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has made it clear Chelsea will have to pay Diego Costa's buyout clause of just over 40 million euros ($54.5 million) if they are to secure the coveted forward's services. Commenting on reports in England that Brazil-born Costa, who has the same agent as Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, had passed a medical and the London club had paid the buyout fee, Cerezo suggested the deal was some way from being finalised. "If he wants to leave, let him come and deposit his buyout clause which I believe is around 42 or 43 million euros." An Atletico spokesman said later on Wednesday the Spanish champions had "no knowledge of anything that is being said" in the English media. The 25-year-old's tally was five more than Chelsea's three strikers, Fernando Torres, Demba Ba and Samuel Eto'o, managed between them as Chelsea's Premier League and European campaigns came up short.
