Soccer-City's Pellegrini rues missed chance in title battle

Rarely does a visiting team leave Stamford Bridge with anything to show for their endeavour, but a 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Saturday was nothing to celebrate for Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini. In a game billed as a title-decider between the Premier League's two dominant sides, City fell behind after Loic Remy's 41st-minute opener. David Silva hit back four minutes later and the visiting side finished strongly and could have gone on to win the game. The draw brought an end to Chelsea's 10-match winning run at home in the Premier League, but maintained their five-point lead over City at the top of the table with 15 games remaining and 45 points to play for.
